A television show marketed by one of China's most well-known broadcasters was recorded at the flagship store at Fabi HQ towards the end of August.

The event, which includes a photo shoot of the new Fabi fall/winter collection, will feature on the Loren Chinese Top Model show in the autumn.

The latest edition of the Loren Chinese Top Model Contest is open to top Chinese models aiming to make the breakthrough onto the international scene. It is also part of the official China Fashion Week schedule (organised by China Guangxi Television and Beijing Loren International Model Management Ltd.).

For the third year running, the event has been supported by important Italian sponsors, proof that there is significant interest in a beauty contest open to twenty specially selected models from China. The crème de la crème of the region you might say, and the girls will be put to the test with a closing stroll down the catwalk.

The series, entitled Dream Come Top Model ("Dream Like Top Models"), is also a reality show which takes in the Italian lifestyle and the country's fashion, cities, food, architecture and monuments. A total of ten episodes will be aired on the national Guangxi TV satellite channel back in China.

One of these episodes focuses entirely on Fabi HQ.

Here's a sneak preview of what happened backstage at the event.

Enjoy!
